Making a Booking
Open a listing, choose your dates, review the price breakdown and any cancellation terms, then confirm and pay securely. You will receive instant confirmation and the host's details.
Before Check-in
Message your host through OnsStay for check-in instructions, directions and any special requests. Keep all communication on the platform for your protection.
During Your Stay
If something is not as described, contact your host first. If it cannot be resolved, reach OnsStay support and we will help.
After Check-out
Leave an honest review to help future guests and hosts. You can view invoices and booking history any time in your account.
