Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Bookings & Payments
When you book a stay you enter into a direct agreement with the host, subject to the listing terms and the applicable cancellation policy. OnsStay facilitates payments on the host's behalf.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for accurate listings, lawful operation, and honouring confirmed reservations. Listings that mislead guests or violate local law may be removed.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform.
- No fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity.
- No circumventing OnsStay to avoid fees.
- No harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour.
Limitation of Liability
OnsStay provides the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
