Eligibility
Refunds are determined by the cancellation tier on your listing and any applicable extenuating-circumstances review. Service fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
For mid-stay issues reported promptly, a partial refund may be offered after review of the circumstances and any evidence provided.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly, contact support within 30 days and we will review your case.
